The Principals
Roy L. Dickson
(Prime Development Corporation)
Mr. Dickson has been involved in the development of commercial real estate with an aggregate value in excess of $420 million. He has developed, marketed, leased, and/or managed over 30 office buildings, 10 retail centers, 20 apartment complexes, numerous light industrial properties, three assisted living projects, five day care facilities, and four luxury independent senior communities. He has either directly or indirectly negotiated loan agreements, partnerships, private placement fundings, and various financial placements with a combined dollar value in excess of $300 million.
As the President of Prime Development Corporation, Dickson developed commercial real estate and provided property management and consulting services. His focus was directed toward fee development of numerous commercial projects; management of assets in which he had an ownership interest; investment in, and development of, assisted living facilities, day care facilities and medical-oriented office parks in metropolitan Atlanta.
Mr. Dickson co-founded Parc Senior Communities, LLLP in October 2000 with the objective of creating the highest-quality independent senior housing communities in the Southeast. In his capacity as managing partner, he is responsible for all aspects of the development and management of both the operating entity and the assets themselves.
Minerva Real Estate Investments
Jürgen Dienst, founding and managing partner of Minerva, heads Minerva's European investment portfolio as well as the firm's client relations. Mr. Dienst is the founder of an institutional real estate fund with investments across Europe and most recently has been actively involved in developing Minerva's activities in Spain.
Joe Harris is founding and managing partner of Minerva in the United States. His expertise in the commercial real estate market and his clear understanding of client needs and concerns have played a leading role in the success of Minerva's real estate portfolio in the United States.
With operations in U.S.A., Germany and Spain, the Minerva Group has built a solid reputation for quality, integrity and expertise in the development and management of a broad portfolio of highly successful real estate projects. The office, retail, industrial and residential projects that are developed in joint venture with respected companies are built upon a philosophy whose primary aims are 1) to create property developments of outstanding quality, whose added value is derived not only from the standard design and construction, but also from factors such as prime location, facilities and the relationship to surrounding areas, and 2) to offer investment opportunities that will optimize return on investment while minimizing risk through a balanced and diversified portfolio.
John A. Williams
John A. Williams was born and educated in Atlanta. Following graduation from the city's public school system, he entered the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Management. Mr. Williams has directed and coordinated the development, construction, and management of real estate developments since 1966. Mr. Williams is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Holdings, LLC. Corporate Holdings, LLC serves as a holding entity for interests of various other entities, which involve the acquisition, development, building, holding, leasing, managing, operating, and exchanging of real properties and enterprises.
Mr. Williams is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Riverside Bancshares, Inc., and the Atlanta Falcons. He has previously served on the boards of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, the Atlanta Regional Commission, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Post Secondary/Vocational Education, the Executive Committee of the National Apartment Association, the Board of Directors of NationsBank and Barnett Banks, Inc., the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company, and the Board of Directors of Post Properties, Inc. He is the Founder and past Chairman of the Cumberland Community Improvement District. He served as past president of the Homebuilders Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, past Chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, past Chairman of the Metro Business Forum, past Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition, past Chairman of the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Exhibit Hall Authority, and past Chairman of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, serving two terms.
