Dining at Parc
At Parc at Piedmont you will enjoy a variety of food that will truly add up to a pleasant dining experience. We feature a full-service restaurant and have two executive chefs on staff to prepare exquisite meals for you. We have provided a sample menu below so you can get an idea of the types of food our chefs prepare.
Executive Chef Ed
Chef Ed has over forty years of professional culinary experience. Before coming to Parc at Piedmont, Chef Ed served as Executive Chef for the Dunwoody Country Club for sixteen years. He is affiliated with the Atlanta Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and obtained his education at The Culinary Institute of America in 1970. Chef Ed has served in many fine establishments including Marriott's Key Bridge, Arlington, VA, Marriott's Essex House, New York, NY, Atlanta Marriott Hotel, Atlanta, GA and the Tate House Restaurant & Resort, Tate GA, just to name a few. Parc at Piedmont is very fortunate to have Chef Ed. Chef Gene
Chef Gene has thirty years of professional culinary experience. He attended the Culinary Institute of America, now located in Hyde Park, New York and has served in many famous restaurants, resorts and fine hotels including Brennan's of New Orleans, Brennan's of Atlanta, Hamilton Club of Lancaster, Historic Strasburg Inn, Baby Doe's Matchless Mine Restaurant, Varsalona's Italian Restaurant, Capital City Club and the Georgian Terrace Hotel.
