President, CEO

Roy Dickson


Mr. Dickson has been involved in the development of commercial real estate with an aggregate value in excess of $420 million. He has developed, marketed, leased, and/or managed over 30 office buildings, 10 retail centers, 20 apartment complexes, numerous light industrial properties, three assisted living projects, five day care facilities, and four luxury senior communities. He has either directly or indirectly negotiated loan agreements, partnerships, private placement funding and various financial placements with a combined dollar value in excess of $300 million. Mr. Dickson co-founded Parc Communities in October 2000 with the objective of creating the highest-quality independent seniors housing communities in the Southeast.

Executive Vice President

Andy Slavin


Mr. Slavin has acquired, developed, operated and managed a broad array of residential, hospitality, restaurant, retail and seniors housing assets in both publicly-traded and privately-held organizations. His roles and responsibilities have included Division President, Vice President of Development, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Acquisitions and Development. His expertise includes real estate development, strategy, design, acquisition and disposition, project management, product development, marketing and operations. Since 2007, Mr. Slavin has focused exclusively on the development, repositioning, marketing and operation of upscale, full-service seniors housing, and is responsible for development of Parc Communities’ assets and management of the operating entity.

Vice President of Operations

Woody DeWeese


Mr. DeWeese brings a diversified real estate and hospitality operations background to Parc Communities. His experience includes restaurant, hospitality and senior living operations, with specific expertise in new unit openings, community repositioning, transition management, construction administration, operating efficiency and marketing. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. DeWeese is responsible for community performance, pre-opening of new projects and on-boarding of new management opportunities. His passion is resident satisfaction and building highly productive, service-oriented teams that make a positive impact on the lives of Parc residents’ every day.

VP of Finance & Administration

Rhonda Ramsey


Ms. Ramsey joined Parc Communities in 2018. She is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Her background includes public accounting where she provided audit, tax and consulting services to real estate partnerships, restaurant groups and investment partnerships, as well as leadership roles in one of the nation’s largest multifamily property management firms. As VP of Finance & Administration she oversees all administrative functions of the company, including accounting, finance, risk management, human resources and IT.
